SOLAR BEE GARDEN TEA ZEN ReMix is a multi-media art installation, and an exhibition project created by the Vancouver-based artists Peter Courtemanche and Lam Wong. This is the first collaboration between the duo, born out of their mutual love of tea, gardens, bees, nature, sounds and an uncompromised will to create innovative artworks. The project aims to transform the gallery into a multi-purpose space featuring sound art, Courtemanche’s remix of Wong’s iconic feature length documentary "Tea Zen" to celebrate the film’s 10th anniversary, paintings, sculptures, ceramics, community tea ceremony, various events, and even sunlight and time. Unit Pitt is a unique art space that has both an indoor gallery and a beautiful outdoor garden space, allowing the artists to explore works that exist in the sun+rain and also in the intimate indoor space.
