Anna Friz is an interdisciplinary artist who has experimented with audio, video, improvisational theatre, music, text and collage. Past projects include choreography and staging for independent opera productions, founding an all-women street theatre troupe, and an eight hour performance inside the empty Vancouver zoo involving broadcast from a small radio transmitter. She is currently employed as program coordinator at CiTR radio and as a freelance writer; as well as collaborating with Bruno Pisek on a sound project for ORF Kunstradio in Austria. I am the one who says here I am. Anna plays in an accordion ensemble in her spare time.
